You'll start with a 1-to-1 call to discuss your background, goals and availability, followed by a personalised Moray Way training plan uploaded directly to TrainingPeaks.
This package provides structure and clarity, without ongoing coaching or weekly check-ins.
Many athletes start with this package and later upgrade to full TRS 1-to-1 coaching if they want ongoing support and accountability.

3. TrainingPeaks plan upload
Your personalised, race-specific plan will be built and uploaded to TrainingPeaks within 5–7 days of your call.
4. Train with confidence
Follow the plan independently in Training Peaks.
